I am writing to thank you for your excellent work and attention to detail, in making my new denture.

As I explained, during our initial consultation, I had an accident when I was 8 years old and have been wearing a denture ever since.

Over the years, especially via NHS dentist, I have received inconsistent services and had some very bad fitting dentures. This made me cautious and sceptical when choosing a dental technician.

I really didn't have to worry this time. At my first consultation it was clear to me, I was getting the very best attention and was in good hands. I also appreciated you getting the work finished in time for my holiday.

To say I am delighted with the results, is an understatement. The denture fits perfectly, is very comfortable and it looks completely natural. You have really helped me to regain some confidence.

Unlike other cosmetic procedures, people do not tend to brag about their dental work. However, I am more than happy to share my experience with your prospective clients. So, I just want to let you know your hard work is very much appreciated and I would not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Having had a denture for many years and replaced three times, my last replacement was a disaster. My usual dentist carried out the work, but the denture was made in Manchester (why?) and proved to be most unsatisfactory. Protruding front teeth so I could not bite, misaligned rear teeth so I could not chew, in all, unwearable. So he recommended I go to Adam Norris Dental Laboratory. This turned out to be first class advice. The consultation, the impressions, small adjustments, nothing was too much trouble. I walked out with the best fitting denture I have had made. I highly recommend this most efficient, first class service.( this chap knows what he is doing).

I cracked my denture in half and was at a loss of who to call, my dentist was not available for a week, I found Adam Norris on the web and called him, Adam was reassuring and said he could repair it for me, he said he could see me first thing the next day. When I arrived Adam repaired my denture quickly, it was good as new! We discussed having a new better quality denture made, which I have just had fitted, the whole process was quick, efficient and Adam explained what he was doing every step of the way, he is meticulous and strives for perfection, the finished product is fantastic, well worth the upgrade and time spent to have it done. I would highly recommend Adam, he takes far more time and attention than a traditional dentist, he is an expert in what he does, and produces a high quality product.

Just a few words of appreciation for what was a very successful experience this time last year.

My dentist not only advised me, but referred me to Mr Adam Norris for a consultation regarding a new, almost full, upper denture. I have had an upper denture for almost 20 years, so I am not a novice to impressions, fitting etc.

From the very first appointment Adam Norris' confident, yet extremely friendly manner and approach made me feel at ease and not too embarrassed, or dreading the follow up appointments.

After several appointments my denture was completed and fitted. I was able to chew and eat on it the same day, no pressing or rubbing on my gums, a perfect fit. Secondly I could speak normally, on previous occasions when I had a new denture I could not pronounce "s" very well until everything settled, that was quite embarrassing.

Having had poor advice from my NHS dentist, I read Adam Norris Dental Laboratory's web page and found it ticked all the boxes.

The family business I found efficient, friendly, reassuring and totally professional. The advice given was to replace my old dentures, over 30 years old, with new as they had worn down significantly and my gums had shrunk. I would like to say what wonderful service I received from Adam Norris Dental Laboratory recently. From telephoning to arrange my first consultation appointment through to receiving my new flexible partial denture a few weeks later.

What a lovely friendly place, very relaxed, appointments not rushed but very efficient and caring.

After several failed attempts to get dentures on the NHS and wasting my money on dentures that were not fit for purpose, I spotted an advert for Adam Norris Dental Laboratory.

I came to you with top and bottom partial dentures that did not fit properly. A meal was impossible as the denture, although stuck with adhesive, was always falling down and protruded. The bottom set also did not fit and rocked about from side to side and in time wore out the anchor tooth.

The new ones are a joy to wear and need no adhesive to keep them in.

Also it was a pleasure to visit your Laboratory as there was always a very welcoming atmosphere.

My problems with my dentures began when my bottom plate broke and I went to a local Dental Technician. He informed me that they were poorly made despite the fact that I had paid privately to have them made at my dentist.

My dentist referred me to Adam Norris at very short notice and he agreed to see me immediately as I was in some distress. I was provided with dentures the following day that were well made and fit perfectly. After having years of having to have Fixodent in every handbag, work bag and make up bag I own, and never being able to go out without a tube, I searched the internet to see if I could find something that would help my confidence with loose fitting dentures. As my old dentures broke when on my first night in Morocco and having to superglue the dentures together for 2 whole weeks, I thought it was time to invest in a new denture. I went to my dentist and paid £219 for a new plate, which when they were finished I was far from happy with, they fitted worse than my old one. I could not have a hot drink or eat anything without applying more Fixodent. It got to the stage where I was re-applying every time I had something to eat or drink.

I decided to search the internet to see if I could purchase anything that would help and I came across Adam Norris Dental Laboratory's website and decided to phone and have a chat to see what could be done for me. I made and appointment for a consultation which I am so glad I did. Adam was very understanding and very helpful. He sympathised with my situation and I decided to give what he was offering a go.

Although having the flexi dentures cost more I now have the confidence to be able to eat and drink without the worry of applying more Fixodent.

Having worn partial dentures for many years which have been specified by various dentists and rarely satisfactory I decided to take the dentist out of the loop and went straight to Dental Technician Adam Norris. For my particular requirement he advised me to have a chrome cobalt upper denture and flexible lower denture and this has proved very comfortable to wear. I would like to thank Adam Norris for all the work he has undertaken to make my life return to as it was 3 years ago. Thank you very much for all your hard work. I hadn't had a bottom fitting plate of teeth for 3 years even though I had been to a so called professional dentist in the area and paid a lot for what was said to be the answer to all my worries, but it was not that by a long way and when I complained they were not interested. A friend told me to visit Adam Norris and now with all your help and advice on the best way forwards you advised me and on my request you set up an appointment with Blue Sky Dental Surgery for a consultation regarding some dental implants. Once again I found these people very helpful nothing to much trouble, I booked and had my bottom implants completed and returned to your new practice at 123 Waterhouse Lane were you worked on a set to fit these new implants. Once again nothing too much trouble and now I can eat steak, there is nothing I cannot eat. In fact I have even put on weight. I would advise anyone to visit 10 out of 10.

I have to say that the whole experience of getting new dentures after more than 20 years was approached with trepidation by me. I need not have worried as the whole experience from start to finish was perfectly performed. Nothing was too much trouble, including after care. I have been in great discomfort since I was fitted with dentures at 45, I have a gum and bone problem and have visited many dentists over the years and paid thousands of pounds, all to no avail.
